Peak Developers builds luxury homes across Bergen and Morris counties in northern New Jersey. Ryan James Agency was brought in to make them findable — and the business went from building one home to building more than twelve.
A spec builder has an unusual marketing problem. The product is expensive, there is very little of it, and every buyer is already searching — for a town, a school district, a lot size, a finish level. The demand exists. The question is only whether you are in front of it at the moment someone looks.
So the work was visibility rather than awareness: search engine optimization against the queries that actually precede a seven-figure purchase, AI visibility so the same answers surface when buyers ask an assistant instead of a search box, and Google paid search covering the terms worth buying outright while the organic position was still being built.
That combination is the whole argument of this firm in one engagement. No campaign, no rebrand, no new website — the redesign is still ahead of us. Just being the one builder a buyer finds, repeatedly, at the point of intent.
